Im ~4 tenths under the gold time, a 1:29.073 yet i have a -0.07 score impact. Why?

It's simple. That's slower than your usual pace. Your average delta is +2.41%, while your current average is +2.62%.

You're simply slower than usual, which is why your score is lower.

First of all: I just wanted to say that I really like DG EDGE. I only discovered it yesterday, but it has already given me a whole new motivation to improve in GT7. Great work!

I do have one question though, because I think I'm missing something.

My profile currently shows an average delta of +3.56%.

I improved my Fuji Time Trial from around +3.43% to +2.83%, which is significantly better than my displayed average delta. However, the score impact is still -1.79.

From another post, I understood that the score impact compares your current performance to your usual pace. If that's correct, I would have expected this event to have a positive impact, or at least be close to neutral.

What am I overlooking? Is the displayed average delta calculated differently from the one used internally for the score impact, or is there another factor involved?

Se posso provare a darti una risposta ti dico che dovresti migliorare il tuo DR da C a B e sicuramente dovresti cercare di migliorare quei tempi l'algoritmo calcola molte cose non solo AVG che hai.

😄 That’s actually something I completely forgot about. In all my years of playing GT, I’ve never dropped from DR B to C before, so I had mentally ruled that out. 😅

You might actually be right! 👍 Looks like I’ll have to make another trip back to Austria tonight and earn my DR B back. 🇦🇹🏁💪
