Do you know if the Fanatec DD Pro has protection against over-revving when downshifting. It seems to me that some cars simply cannot shift down. With Gr1, Gr2 and Gr3 it is no problem, but with Gr4 I have to be more careful with downshifting. Is my reasoning about the engine over-revving protection correct? Thanks for the answer and good luck in the races!

Fanatec doesn't have the protection, but the game does, it's there to prevent overuse of engine braking.
